Ringing in the New Year

Rings! I've never worn a lot of rings, I don't even have a wedding ring, but every now and then I see a ring that I would like to adorn my fingers with, and I might get it to use every now and then.
When becoming an ETSY-member/seller/buyer(http://www.etsy.com/) I browsed around a little and found another Etsian who have the most exquisite rings I've seen. Every each and one of these steampunk rings are a work of art, and I find myself not wanting just one. I want more than one, I want a collection of these rings to wear with whatever fits the color, theme or feel of these rings. Let me introduce CatherinetteRings!

ART when it matters

In times of war, powerty and loneliness, art might inspire and spark a fire to keep on going or dreaming about a better future. Love is number one. Art is number two.
Life is relatively short, whilst art lives on forever creating a time vacuum sort of to remind us of what has been, and to spin thoughts on what might be. We connect through body language even if we don't speak the same language, and art is too a common ground for us to communicate through. That is why art is so important whether you're aware of it or not.

Someone who has been important in opening my eyes when it comes to taking an art process seriously, having fun with art, see how art might be political, how it is philosophical, how it is important, and how it can be seen from such different angles as he sees it is Karstein Solli.
